Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada delivered by carriers such as Canada Post. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Returns and Refunds (30 days)
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund. After this 30-day window we are no longer able to offer a refund. Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when they arrived, with all original tags and packaging included. Items that are damaged, show signs of wear or have missing parts cannot be refunded, unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Our sizes follow standard measurements.
If you normally wear a size L, choose size L.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest going one size up.
Example: Between M and L? Go for L for a more relaxed fit.
